Procedure of Registration:
Online Prospectus, Registration Forms and Application Forms are available w.e.f. 26th February, 2016 to 31st March 2016 in the NEIGRIHMS website at www.neigrihms.gov.in. (No Printed Hard copy will be made available)
i)        Choice of centre opted by the candidates will be on first come first serve basis. The candidates attempt to choose a Test centre shown in the exhaustive list against SL No 11 (the Entrance Test) herein below may not get that centre available in the dropdown window, if seats in that particular Test centre and is already exhausted.
ii)      A candidate seeking admission to the Entrance Examination is required to apply online for Registration fill up and submit the prescribed Application Form available at www.neigrihms.gov.in the link “Click to Apply for NEIGRIHMS MBBS ENTRANCE TEST- 2016” and follow the instructions given therein carefully step by step.
iii)     The fee for online submission of complete Application Form includes the Examination Fees for Entrance Examination is Rs 1500/-(non-refundable) plus bank charges as applicable. The candidate is required to go through the prospectus and guidelines carefully and acquaint himself/herself with all requirements with regard to filling of the online Application Form.
iv)    It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that correct address, email address and mobile number is entered in the Application Form.
v)      Status of Admit Card: The Admit Card will be available and downloadable from NEIGRIHMS website www.neigrihms.gov.in after 9th May, 2016 onwards. In case the status of a candidate’s Admit Card is not available on website, he/she should immediately call the Help line No 18002660791 and give his full particulars of the Registration Form.

Important:

                i.       Candidate should follow the Instructions carefully and to fill in the online Application Form taking utmost care as given on the website. The guidelines for online registration and filling up of Application Form are available as separate document on the website.
              ii.       The Institute will not be responsible for faulty communication due to incorrect address given by the applicant in the Application Form. No candidate should register more than one application. For detail see the guidelines available in website www.neigrihms.gov.in.
             iii.       Incomplete Application Form will be summarily rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
            iv.       Admission of candidates to Entrance Examination is provisional, subject to their being eligible for admission to MBBS course.
              v.       If ineligibility of a candidate is detected at any stage, before or after the entrance Examination/declaration of result, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected.
            vi.       The candidate should put his/her Primary option choosing any one centre from the exhaustive list given therein for the online Entrance Examination. If the number of candidates for the chosen Examination Centre happens to be less, actual centre will be allotted by NEIGRIHMS and will be indicated in the Hall ticket/Admit Card. Candidate should carefully choose their centre. They are also advised opt the center considering any other similar entrance examination they are likely to appear within a day or two.
           vii.       The centre once allotted will not be changed under any circumstances. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
         viii.       In case any candidate is found to have furnished false information or certificate etc. or is found to have withheld or concealed any material information in his/her application, he/she will be debarred from admission.
N.B.: Refer to the instructions given in guidelines before uploading.
Any candidate found to be impersonating will be liable to be prosecuted as per Indian Penal Code.

Procedure of payment:

The prescribed amount of Examination Fee, i.e. Rs. 1500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred Only) plus charges as applicable may be deposited through Credit card/Debit card to “NEIGRIHMS MBBS ACCOUNT”. Candidates are advised to retain a printout copy of the online Application Form and the proof of submission of Application.

NOTE: It will be the responsibility of the candidates to ensure to provide correct address in the Application Forms.

Uploading of the soft copy and scanned documents to be enclosed:

Candidates are to upload the scanned documents mentioned below:
a.       Photograph not more than 80 KB in jpg format (in appropriate place of Application Form).
b.      Scanned Signature of the candidate (in appropriate place of Application Form).
c.       Domicile/Permanent Residential Certificate valid for the year 2016, from the competent authority (i.e. District Commissioner of the state or any Government authorized Official) certifying that he/she is Domicile /Permanent resident of either of the 8 (eight) North eastern states of India including Sikkim.
d.      Age proof: High School Certificate / Secondary School Certificate / Admit Card of 10th or 10+ 2 Exams issued by the Board / University showing the date of birth / Birth Certificate of the applicant issued by the competent Government authority.
e.      Certificates: Pass Certificate / Provisional Pass Certificate where the candidate has already cleared the qualifying examination.
f.        Mark Sheets: Clearly readable mark sheet of the 10+2 examination showing the marks secured by the applicants.
g.       Or HSSLC admit card, if the candidate appeared and result is yet to be declared.
Candidate must keep a Printout copy of his/her application as token of proof of submission of application.

Follow the following procedure:

Entrance Test:

i)        All candidates will be required to appear the Entrance Test to be conducted in two different shifts (9-00 am to 12-30 pm and 2-00 pm to 5-30 pm) by the NEIGRIHMS, Shillong. The venue and time of the examination will be communicated to the candidates in the Admit Card. No candidate will be admitted to the examination unless he/she holds a valid "Admit Card/Hall Ticket" issued by the Institute and a proof of their identity.
Applicant can put option only one centre. Choice of centre/ Test City opted by the candidates will be on first come first serve basis. The candidate attempting to choose a Test City herein below may not be available in the dropdown window, if vacant seats in that particular Test City and is already exhausted.
ii)       Choice of center opted by the candidates will be on first come first serve basis
    2. In case of any unforeseen circumstances the Examination Centre may be cancelled at any point of time and a new Exam Centre can be allotted en bloc with due intimation in newspapers / website.
· Date of Entrance Examination: 28th May, 2016 (SATURDAY).
· Duration of Examination: 2 Hours 30 minutes (As indicated in the Admit Card). Candidates are to report to the centre 1 (one) hour before the actual timing of the commencement of exam for registration & frisking etc.
iii)     The Entrance Test shall be conducted in ENGLISH medium only.
iv)     The Entrance Test will be of 2 hours 30 minutes duration and will have one paper consisting of 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. The distribution of questions is:

The Entrance Test will be On-Line Based Distributed Objective Type Examination.

v)      Syllabus: The questions will be based on the syllabus as prescribed by State Board/CBSE for XI & XII Standards for Science stream. No syllabus has been prescribed by the Institute for the examination.
vi)     Each answer with correct response shall be awarded “ONE” mark. “ZERO” mark will be awarded for the questions not answered or wrong answer. There is no “NEGATIVE MARKING”.
vii)   All questions will be of one best / correct response type having four alternatives. viii) The response of the candidate for a question(s), on click of “submit button” before closing of Examination shall be considered as the response chosen by the candidate.
Note: Links for mock test to the candidates to familiarize themselves for the Entrance Test will be available in the Institute website.
Admit Card:
i)        Admit card for the Entrance Examination will be available for download for the candidates whose applications are complete in all respects, from 9th May, 2016 onwards.
ii)         The admit card will contain name and date of birth as typed by the candidate in the application, photo and Signature image as uploaded by the candidate.
iii)     Request for rectification / change of any other details in the Admit Card details shall not be considered under any circumstances.
iv)      No candidate will be allowed to appear for the Entrance Examination unless he / she hold the authentic Admit Card downloaded from the website of NEIGRIHMS.

AICET








All India UG Common Entrance Test 2016 (AIUGCET 2016) shall be conducted for the admission to the various graduate courses (Programmes) offered at Sunmandeep Vidyapeeth (established u/s.3 of the UGC Act, 1956 as Deemed to be University) on 17th January 2007
MODE OF ENTRANCE TEST
The AIUGCET 2016 will be of three hours duration having 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs). Questions will be of single best response objective type with four options. Each correct answer will be awarded one mark.
There shall be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
The Medium of Examination will be English.
The Entrance Test shall be of the Standard Examination and shall cover Three Science Subjects. The subject wise distribution of marks of MCQs will be as under:-

ELIGIBILITY:
Eligibility Criteria for MBBS/BDS:
No Candidate shall be allowed to be admitted to the Medical Curriculum of first Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) Course and first Bachelor of Dental Surgeon until:
1. He/she shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December, of the year of admission to the MBBS/BDS Course;
2. He/she has passed qualifying examination as under:-
 a. The higher secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Committee on education.
Note: Where the course content is not as prescribed for 10+2 education structure of the National Committee, the candidates will have to undergo a period of one year preprofessional training before admission to the medical colleges;
Or
b. The intermediate examination in science of an Indian University/Board or other recognized examining body with Physics, Chemistry and Biology which shall include a practical test in these subjects and also English as a compulsory subject;
Or
c. The pre-professional/pre-medical examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, after passing either the higher secondary school examination, or the pre-university or an equivalent examination, The pre-professional/pre-medical examination shall include a practical test in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and also English as a compulsory subject;
Or
d. The first year of the three years degree course of a recognized university, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology including a practical test in three subjects provided the examination is a “University Examination” and candidate has passed 10+2 with English at a level not less than a core course,
Or
e. B.Sc. examination of an Indian University, provided that he/she has passed the B.Sc examination with not less than two of the following subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) and further that he/she passed the earlier qualifying examination with the following subjects-Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
Or
f. Any other examination which, in scope and standard is found to be equivalent to be intermediate science examination of an Indian University/Board, taking Physics, Chemistry and Biology including practical test in each of these subjects and English.

3.In case of admission on the basis of qualifying examination under clause (1) based on merit, candidate for admission to MBBS/BDS course must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the qualifying examination as mentioned in clause (2) of regulation (4) In respect of candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination be 40% instead of 50% as above.
4. In case of admission on the basis of competitive entrance examination under clause (2) to (4) of this regulation, a candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination as mentioned in clause (2) of regulation (4) and in addition must have come in the merit list prepared as a result of such competitive entrance examination by securing not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the competitive examination. In respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or other backwards classes the candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the HSC (or equivalent) examination. In addition must have come in the merit list prepared as a result of such competitive entrance examination by securing not less than 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the competitive examination.
5. Provided that a candidate who has appeared in the qualifying examination the result of which has not been declared, he may be provisionally permitted to take up the competitive entrance examination and in case of selection for admission to the MBBS/BDS course, he shall not be admitted to that course until he fulfils the eligibility criteria under regulation (4) * The pre-medical course may be conducted either at Medical College or a Science College. * Marks obtained in Mathematics are not to be considered for admission to MBBS/BDS Course. * After the 10+2 course is introduced, the integrated courses should be abolished

Eligibility criteria for B.SC (N) Program
1. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on st 31 December of the year in which admission is sought.
2. Minimum education: a. 10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks form recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board.
3. Student shall be medically fit.
4. Students appearing in 10+2 examination in Science conducted by National Institute of open School with 45% marks.
5. Students shall be admitted once in a year.
Eligibility Criteria for Post Basic B.SC. Nursing:
Candidate belonging to all categories for admission to the course of Bachelor of Science in Nursing for Trained Nurses:
1. Should have qualified in Diploma in Nursing and be a registered Nurse and Mid-wife in the State Nursing Council accepted by the authority of this University.
2. Physical Fitness Certificate: Every candidate before admission to the course shall submit to the Principal of the Institution a certificate of medical fitness form an authorised medical officer that the candidate is physically fit to undergo the academic course and does not suffer from any disability or contagious disease/s.
Eligibility Criteria for Pharmacy Program:
For B.Pharm:
Minimum qualification for admission in to first year of Bachelor of Pharmacy course:
A pass in any of the following examinations with physics, chemistry and Biology or mathematics recognized by Indian Board/University or its equivalent.
* Intermediate examination in science;
* 10+2 examination (academic stream) in science;
* Pre-degree examination in science.
* Any other qualification approved by the PCI/AICTE as equivalent to any of the above examination.
For Pharm D:
Minimum qualification for admission to:
a) Pharm. D .Part-I course -a pass in any of the following examinations.
(1)  10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects:
Mathematics or Biology:
(2) A pass in D.Pharm course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
(3) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. Provided that a student should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the years of admission to the course.
Eligibility Criteria for BPT:
Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination under 10+2 education patterns taking with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English or equivalent examination with 50% aggregate marks. Eligible candidate should have completed the age 17 years by 31st December of the year of his/her joining the college.

The last date of submission of duly filled application form along with requisite documents and entrance test fee at the office of Registrar, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth piparia up to 1.00 p.m. on Dt. 21/05/2016 and (with late fee of Rs. 500/-) up to 4.00 p.m. on Dt. 25/05/2016. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that his/her application reaches the office of the Registrar, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth within the specified time and date.

7. HALL TICKET:
Hall Tickets Carrying photograph of the candidate shall be issued to the candidates, who are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test, for this purpose the candidate must submit two of recent passport size photograph (not more than three month old) along with the application from. They should write their name on the backside of the photograph. The Hall Ticket will be dispatched to the Candidate 0nline. Those who fail to receive the Hall Tickets by Dt. 27/05/2016 can contact the Admission Office on Phone No. 02668-245267.
The Hall Ticket must be presented in the Examination Hall for verification of candidate's identity when instructed by the invigilator to do so and also at the time of counselling. The Hall Ticket is not transferable.
Candidate must also possess valid photo ID card during examination.
DECLARATION OF RESULT:
The result of the All India UG common Entrance Test 2016 will be announced in the form of merit list arranged according to the marks obtained by the candidates at Sumandeep Vidyapeeth office and on the website. www.sumandeepuniversity.co.in.

SHIATS









Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology, and Sciences released SHIATS Entrance Test Notification 2016 to provide Admission into the various Agricultural course offered by SHIATS. Candidates who wish to get an admission in Graduation and Post-Graduation courses should apply for SHIATS Entrance Test on or before the last date. Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for the SHIATS University Entrance Exam should attain the following eligibility criteria. Based on the official SHIATS notification we are providing the eligibility details. Application Fees:
The Examination fee for SHIATS Exam varies according to the mode of application. Applicants should pay the amount for attending SHIATS Exam.

      Candidates get the application form by sending Draft of Rs.450/- for the Registrar, Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, Allahabad by registered post.
      Examination Fee for the candidates applying for SHIATS Exam varies according to the course they have applied.
For Online Application:
      Candidates should pay the fee of Rs.1200/- for UG & for B.Ed. and M.Ed. Course.

Once the process of receiving SHIATS Application is completed, Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology, and Sciences will release the SHIATS Entrance Exam admit cards for the applicants in the official website of SHITS. Candidates who have applied for this SHIATS exam on or before the last date are only eligible to get the SHIATS Admit Cards. Hall Tickets for SHIATS Exam will be provided few days before the written exam in the official site.
Result:

After the completion of written examination, the SHIATS will release the results of SHIATS exam on its official website. Candidates who have attended the SHIATS Allahabad Entrance Exam can visit the official site for results.

The Application should be filled online in the Association’s website. The Last Date for receipt of filled application along with Demand Draft is 13.01.2016. No application would be accepted after the last date as fixed above.

The Entrance Test will be conducted on 15th May, 2016 from 9:30am at three different places viz Bangalore, Mangalore & Raichur.

Entrance Test Instructions:
·      Entrance Test will be for a maximum marks of 200. Actual duration of the test is for 180 minutes. The Entrance Test will be conducted in English.
·      Questions will be multiple choice type, each having four alternatives. Answer sheet is of OPTICAL MARK READER (OMR) type with carbonless copy.
·      Each question carries one mark. Correct answer will be awarded one mark. No mark/s will be awarded for multiple marking. No negative valuation.
Eligibility Criteria:
    Candidates should have passed II PUE /10 + 2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry Biology and English with 50% marks in aggregate in PCB (Those who have appeared and awaiting results of e
    The candidate should secure 50% of marks i.e. 90 marks out of total marks of 180 in UGCET to secure rank and eligible for counselling.
    Any other Condition: As stipulated by Competent Authorities
    Those candidates who seek Admission under Religious /Linguistic category in Medical/Dental such candidates should attach Minority Certificate as reflected in the brochure (Linguistic/Religious) duly signed by the Headmaster of the high school where the candidate studied.
Hall Ticket / Admission Ticket:
Candidates should download the Admission Ticket by entering Mobile Number given in the application form as User Name, Date of Birth as Password from Association’s website and produce the same at the time of Entrance Test.
Centres:
Exam will be held in the following cities Bangalore, Mangalore and Raichur. Detailed Addresses of the examination centre would be made available on the admission tickets.
Answer Key
The Answer Key will be uploaded on 15th May, 2016. The objections, if any should be sent by POST ONLY addressed to Chief Examiner along with a DD of Rs.100 per Question drawn in favour of AMPCK payable at Bangalore on or before 5:00 pm of 18th May, 2016 in respect of any Published answer key along with all the supporting documents. *Objections received by the Chief Examiner will be placed before the Expert Committee whose decision will be final in this regard. Amount Received in respect of challenging of key answers is not refundable.
No Objections will be entertained after the deadline indicate above
Result

The results of the Test would be displayed on the Association’s website on 1st June, 2016. No results would be displayed at the examination centres. Result for re- totalling or revaluation of OMR sheets are not entertained as valuation and subsequent Scoring is on Scanning method. No Ranking would be assigned to those candidates who secured less than 90 marks (out of 180 marks).
